Un-fucking-believable

  1. Indeed. That's right up there with Bill O'Reilly's self-proclaimed combat hardening in the jungles of Central America. He was "under fire" there you know. Or maybe it was just that a Jeep backfired and scared him into a forced change of underwear.

BTW, Hewitt's such a fearless blogger that he doesn't take comments. I find that to be especially feckless.

  3. Hey, thanks. I came up with that around the same time as the 101st Fighting Keyboardists. I always thought mine was better, and try to push it when I can...

Of course I fucked up and conflated the two today (now fixed).

  4. When exactly was the Empire State Building a target, by the way? I mean besides in "Armageddon". No wait, that was the Chrysler Building...

Maybe he means in "Sleepless in Seattle"...?

I really hope he's stupid enough to be referring to this.

  5. This is quite possibly the dumbest thing anyone has said since the WaPo axed Domenech.
