Actually, Andrew? No. I don't think he did.
Bob Cesca also bites on this. Until someone shows me a video, I'm reading that "boy" as shorthand for "Boy, Oh Boy" or "Man..." etc.
If you guys could just wait another night, O'Reilly WILL certainly say something clearly stupid and/or racist. No need to jump the gun.
