While Exploring the Amazon...

Saw this while shopping online:

More junk made in China December 6, 2007
By "Melissa L" (MI United States) - See all my reviews
I bought this at Sam's Club and brought it home. It's a piece of junk - and yes, it's made in China. It is supposed to have 3 settings but the high setting doesn't work. On medium, it's hot in some spots and cold in others. It's obviously going right back in the box and back to Sam's Club.

Don't waste your money! WHEN will we have a decent choice of products NOT made in China???

Um, when you stop shopping at fucking Sam's Club, you cheap moron.

ARGH! Just because it's Sam Walton's little fucking empire doesn't mean it's pro-America. It means it's cheap bullshit!!! And how much quality to you think you're going to get from a store that sells in bulk for less money than lower quantites elsewhere. Be afraid of steak that sells for 50 cents-per-pound.

Maybe we should add Wal-Mart (and thus Sam's Club) to Bill Maher's 2007 Dickheads of the Year list.

*sigh* Here I was thinking the whole lead paint thing was just another way of weeding out the Republicans. Very Darwinian. Looks like they're starting to catch on.

Of course I had to click thru and read all this maniac's "other reviews"...

Some highlights—any summarization would fail to do them justice:
The Girls' Guide to Hunting and Fishing
A Travel Guide to Heaven

The fact that 3 out of 8 people found this review helpful is what frightens me the most. WTF?

Yay for nativist idiots looking for a bargain. Nothing worse than uneducated republicans who vote and act contrary to their financial best interests.

If "helpful" equals "hilarious," then I found it helpful.

No doubt "Melissa L's" car is emblazoned with "Made in China" troop magnets and flags...

Smitty, that Maher list is good. I'll be doing a links post soon, and that's a lock to be included. Thanks for the heads up.

Oh, she's the type. I am sure there's a Jesus Fish and a Cross magnet (also Made in China) on her car as well.
